Motorcycle Dealers Holdings Sdn Bhd (MDH) was incorporated in 1983 by a group of prominent motorcycle dealers in the state of Selangor and Federal Territory, Malaysia as a flagship to promote better understanding and cooperation among the industry fraternities. MDH primarily engaged in trading and exporting of motorcycle sprockets, parts and accessories to the worldwide countries.

MDH in turn acquired Fizwina Sdn Bhd (FSB) (Formerly known as Soon Tuck Trading Sdn Bhd, incorporated in 1978) in 1984. This subsidiary company principally engaged in the manufacturing of motorcycle sprockets, parts and accessories with a various design and sizes and custom made to meet the clients' specify requirement.

The group has been serving its customers from all over the world with great confidence and satisfaction for more than 30 years. It has gained a lot of positive word of mouth, due to innovation in products and processes; improved efficiency and productivity; greatly enhanced customer service.

With the global liberalization of trade, MDH aspires to be the region's leader in this field. Presently, it has expanded its market internationally to countries like Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Nigeria, Japan and etc.

MDH has been growing steadily since its inception due to an effective and efficient management team. Good communication skills between management and the staff force which exceeds 100 personnel and high levels of commitment shown has enabled MDH to grow from strength to strength.
